LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

We are SO excited to launch our upgraded rewards program with an all-new tier system! (Previous points from the past 12 months will remain with all accounts.) As before, you will earn 1 star with every $1 spent, only now, you will earn stars even faster as you level up into new tiers. On top of that, when you reach our gold tier, you will be able to create a brand new custom flavor that we will bring to market, and score yourself an entire batch (8 cookies) of your inspired creation!!!

Loyalty program information.
Stars
Members earn 1 star for every $1.00 spent. Stars are earned automatically when using a previous payment method, or entering their rewards phone number after a transaction.
Redeeming Stars
Redeem 50 stars for $2 off the entire purchase, or 150 stars for $7 off the entire purchase (equating to a FREE cookie!)
Online Preorders
Our rewards program at this time does not integrate with our online ordering platform. Enter your loyalty rewards phone number in the order notes at checkout and all stars will be added to your account.
Rewards Status
Reward status and stars can be viewed after each in-person transaction or on Cash App at any time.
Tier Rewards
You'll be placed in designated tiers (Base, Red, and Gold) as you earn stars.
Tiers
Based on the number of stars you earn in twelve (12) months, Members will be placed in either the Base, Red, or Gold tier. Below is a breakdown of the tiers:
Base Tier | no minimum stars
No minimum stars needed. Earn occasional discounts and perks just for being a member.
Red Tier | 500 minimum stars
Must earn 500 stars in a calendar year to stay in this tier. Members in this tier earn 1.25 stars for every $1 spent.
Gold Tier | 1,000 minimum stars
Must earn 1,000 stars in a calendar year to stay in this tier. Members in this tier earn 1.5 stars for every $1 spent. In addition, when Gold Tier status is reached, member can create a new cookie flavor of their choice which will be brought to market, and receive an entire batch (8 cookies) of their new creation for free.
